Typhoon Tino spurs nationwide APD Calamity Top-up Loan

In the wake of Typhoon Tino (international name: Kalmaegi), CBS China Bank Savings is extending additional support to affected communities by offering an APD Calamity Loan Top-up of up to P1 million. In accordance with the DepEd Advisory dated November 15, 2025, and Proclamation No. 1077, which declares a State of National Calamity due to Typhoon Tino, CBS is activating its emergency financial assistance program to help those impacted.
CBS employees understand firsthand the hardships brought by the disaster and recognize the urgency of providing a financial lifeline where it is needed most.
Eligible clients may apply for the calamity loan at CBS APD Lending Centers and Branch-Lite Units in their area. Offices are open Monday to Saturday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
